Permits and building requirements
Office fit-outs in Ottawa commonly require a City of Ottawa building permit, with electrical work inspected by the Electrical Safety Authority (ESA). Office towers and commercial buildings also have property-management rules for access, working hours and shared systems. We plan the work around these requirements from the start.

Can you renovate while our office stays open?
In many cases, yes. We can plan work in phases so parts of your office stay usable during construction. We will discuss what is practical for your space during the site review.
Do you work from our designer's drawings?
Yes. We build from plans supplied by your designer or architect, and can also help if you are still defining the layout through our design-build service.
Is the estimate free?
Estimates are complimentary when Kadri Construction is being considered for the construction work.
